 Scheduling a Tour of Mount de Chantal
You can schedule a tour by calling the Admissions
Director at (304) 233-3771. Tours of the Elementary and
Secondary Programs are available year-round. Formal observations
in the Montessori Program may be scheduled at any time after
November 1 by making prior arrangements. However, the Montessori
Program does have an “open door” policy and welcomes short
visits at any time.
Having my child "shadow" a Mount Student
for a day
Students in grades 1 - 11 may shadow a current
Mount student for a whole or half day. We ask that you schedule
a shadow day at least one week in advance. Dates for shadowing
must be approved by the Head of School in case of a conflict
(for example, if a prospective parent asks for a shadow date on
which Mount students will be doing standardized testing, it
would not give the prospective student a very good idea of a
typical day at the Mount). You may arrange for a shadow date by
calling the Admissions Director.
